Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Should there be a request to cancel the plans; it will take effect in 3 business days. Client can transfer the remaining days to a third party or as an online credit to goorganic.me online orders.

  • Cancellation refund for plans is only under extenuating circumstances and upon approval. A two (2) weeks processing time with twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee will apply on the meal plan retail price with all discounts forfeited. Credit card charges on any product purchased incurred by Go Organic.me will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Cancellation of al-a-carte delivery orders will result in no refund as the food is prepared as soon as the order is received.
  • In the event of a global pandemic, Go Organic.me will not refund but you have the option to pause your plan valid up to one year to resume.

We are a manufacturing company and do not guarantee any weight loss. Weight loss is completely dependent on one's own body type. There are no refunds for any weight loss that did not happen.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at meenaxy@goorganic.me.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at meenaxy@goorganic.me.

Cancellation Policy
Upon ordering and confirming your purchase, there are no refunds offered. If you cancel your order, you must do so 48 hours in advance of the start date you have chosen. You may not cancel any orders less than 48 hours before expected delivery.

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at meenaxy@goorganic.me. You may have to courier your product to: Green Community, 124606 Dubai, United Arab Emirates
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
