Ingredients

Apple cider Vinegar shot with turmeric 

• Honey
• Orange
• Minced garlic
• Ginger
• Cayenne
• Sea salt
• Turmeric
• Black pepper
• Apple cider
• Hot water

Immune boosting shot

• Apple
• 2 Lemons
• 2-inch piece of ginger root (about 5cm)
• 2-inch piece of turmeric root (about 5 cm)

Carrot turmeric shot

• 3 Carrots
• 1 Lemon, peeled
• 1″ Ginger
• ½ tsp Turmeric

Beetroot lemon shot

• Beetroot, including tops if possible
• Apple
• Lemon

Leafy greens shot

• Lime
• Handful Leafy Greens like Kale or Spinach
• Handful Herbs like Mint or Parsley
• Sticks Celery
• Kiwifruit

Cayenne ginger shot

• Lemon, peeled
• Ginger
• A pinch Cayenne pepper
• A few tbsp Water
